Firm Overview

Established in the City of Danbury, Connecticut, by Americo S. Ventura in 1957 — ours is an *AV rated law firm focused on cases of personal injury and workers' compensation claims.

A Team of Dedicated and Experienced Professionals Giving You and Your Family a

Strong Voice in the Legal Process

Working together with an efficient, highly trained, and trilingual support staff, we believe that our attorneys provide the most professional and personal attention available in the legal community.  We will take the time to listen to your story, to get to know you and your family and to understand how your lives have been impacted. We will help you to understand your legal rights and the different options available for moving the claim toward resolution. We will be a strong and forceful voice for you at the negotiating table and in the courtroom. It is also worth mentioning that the majority of our lawyers are fluent in Spanish, Portuguese or both languages — and that our firm frequently serves people within those immigrant communities.

Community Involvement

Community involvement is a primary principle at Ventura, Ribeiro & Smith. Members of our firm are actively involved with local charitable organizations, with the local legal communities, and with other community-oriented endeavors. We believe that these things, in combination with the strong legal and ethical representation we provide on behalf of our clients, have cemented our reputation as a firm of unquestionable quality and integrity.

  • Remember to obtain a referral from your primary care physician if necessary so that your chiropractic, orthopedic, etc. bills will be paid by your health insurance.

Although the accident was caused by another party it is in your best interest to give your treating doctor your medical payment (automobile) information and/or personal health insurance information
